James R. Palmisano received his BFA in fashion design from Pratt Institute in May 2016.

After studying fine art for two years, James developed an interest in clothes and how they can enhance or alter perceptions of the wearer. For him, the primary exploration of this concerns gender, specifically by feminizing traditionally masculine menswear.

James is currently based in Brooklyn, New York.
